April 2, 1998 On this day in history in the NCHSAA, the North Carolina High School Athletic Association and Wendy’s announced a major corporate sponsorship. The sponsorship also included an unprecedented ticket program in which Wendy’s made available a supply of tickets to every NCHSAA member school.
