Celebrating 100 Years: This Day In NCHSAA History

April 26, 1979 The new Simon F. Terrell Building in Chapel Hill, the home offices of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association, is formally dedicated. The new building located on Finley Golf Course on the University of North Carolina campus had 7,671 square feet of office space at the time of its opening.
