SPIECE IN HEAD COACHING ROLE IN WRESTLING AT SWANSBORO
SWANSBORO— The Jacksonville Daily News reports that Brandon Spiece is the new wrestling coach at Swansboro High in Onslow County.
Spiece, who played football at Methodist University and is a graduate of New Bern High, was named to the post in March and has officially begun his duties with the 2012-13 edition of Swansboro wrestling.
He previously was the wrestling head coach at Douglas Byrd and last year was an assistant at Swansboro. Spiece teaches U.S. history and AP government at Swansboro.
