RALEIGH—Shaw University will be hosting a major collegiate softball event in February that will attract NCAA Division II universities from all over the East Coast and may be of interest to North Carolina High School Athletic Association member schools.
The event will be at the Walnut Creek Softball Complex in Raleigh, which has also hosted numerous NCHSAA state softball championships.
The teams will convene at Walnut Creek on February 20-22, with games starting at 1 pm on Friday, eleven o’clock Saturday morning and then again on Sunday morning.
