PRINCETON– Travis Gaster, a former assistant coach at Cleveland High, has been named as the new head football coach at Princeton, according to a report in the Raleigh News and Observer.

     Gaster has also had stints as an assistant at Harnett Central and most recently at Carolina Forest High in South Carolina.

     He is the son of Jack Gaster, who had outstanding football coaching success during stops at Smithfield-Selma and Albemarle.
