Two Wake County high schools have announced their new head volleyball coaches, according to various media reports including the Raleigh News and Observer.
Holly Fong will take over as head coach at Panther Creek while Adrienne Core is the new head coach at Middle Creek.
Fong played professional volleyball in England after a collegiate volleyball career at High Point University and the University of Memphis. She has also coached club volleyball in Chapel Hill and in Orlando, Florida.
Core is a graduate of Triton High School, where she played three sports, and earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at North Carolina State University. She previously had coached the Middle Creek junior varsity program.
