CARY— Green Hope High School has named a new softball coach, according to several media reports including HighSchoolOT.com and the Raleigh News and Observer.

        Logan Hill, who has been an assistant with the softball program previously, has been appointed to the position.

        Hill graduated from East Duplin High School in 2008 and played softball for four years there, including starting for three seasons.  She went on to attend Meredith College, where she played softball, and graduated from there in 2012.

        The new head softball coach is in her third year teaching at Green Hope.
