Riverside High School in Martin County was a recipient of the education-based athletics grant for the 2020-2021 school year. Grant funds were used to purchase new helmets for the football team. All helmets were replaced, and the updated helmets will cover the team for the next 10 years. These updated helmets were purchased to ensure the utmost safety and prevent head injuries for football players.
