     On this day in history in the NCHSAA, St. Pauls outscored West Bladen 76-45 in a wild North Carolina High School Athletic Association football game. West Bladen led 13-8 before St. Pauls ripped off four unanswered touchdowns. Shawn Williams rushed for 209 yards in 18 carries and three touchdowns for the winners, while Deandre Long of West Bladen ran for 212 yards in 27 tries and scored twice.  St. Pauls led 48-26 at the half.
