Celebrating 100 Years: This Day In NCHSAA History

September 24, 1999

On this day in history in the NCHSAA, Myron Miller of Statesville became the second player in NCHSAA history to record four returns for touchdowns in a single game en route to a 58-0 shutout of Bunker Hill. Miller returned two punts, an interception and a fumble recovery for scores. His performance tied a previous mark set by Whiteville’s Roosevelt Colson (1984).
