Chelsea Wilkinson threw her 15th perfect game recently for the Alexander Central High School softball team and has now has thrown back to back perfect games.

In that victory, Wilkinson picked up her 107th career win which sets a new NCHSAA career wins record, passing Crystal Cox who starred at Central Cabarrus (1999-2002) and UNC . Wilkinson’s 79th shutout also ties Cox for the top spot in career shutouts. 

The Alexander Central star’s career record now stands at 107-5. Her amazing year continues in that she at one point had an 18-0 record on the year with 15 shutouts, three perfect games, four no-hitters, and seven one-hitters. Chelsea has struck out 238 on the season in only 97 innings and has allowed only 18 hits.
