ALAMANCE-BURLINGTON NAMES CITY-COUNTY ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
BURLINGTON— The Alamance-Burlington school system has named a city-county athletic director for its system.
According to the Burlington Times-News, the Board of Education has approved Erica Turner for the position. Turner has most recently served as the athletic director at Newton-Conover High School.
Turner is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She has previously been employed in both the Winston-Salem/Forsyth and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg systems and has also coached a number of different sports.
