GREENSBORO, NC – The North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) wrapped up the 2022 Individual Wrestling State Tournament at the Greensboro Coliseum Saturday evening by crowning 56 individual state champions across four classifications.

FAYETTEVILLE, NC - Robert "Bob" Paroli, an inductee in the 1999 Class of the NCHSAA Hall of Fame, passed away yesterday at his home in Fayetteville, surrounded by family. Bob Paroli was the winningest active head football coach in North Carolina in over 40 years of coaching when he was inducted in the NCHSAA Hall of Fame.

ADVANCE, NC – The NCHSAA, in conjunction with the North Carolina Chapter of USA Wrestling, held the third annual Women’s Wrestling Invitational at the Rise Indoor Sports Complex. The event featured 12 weight classes and all early round competition was completed on the opening night. Wrestlers who advanced to the Winners’ Bracket Finals and the Consolation Finals will finish the tournament tomorrow morning (Saturday, February 5) at the Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse ahead of the NCHSAA Dual Team State Championships.
