The OrthoCarolina Performance of the Month Awards for November in the NCHSAA competition go to Eamon Hipps from Western Alamance and Riley Johnson from Parkwood.

Riley Johnson from Parkwood went 12-0 in November, including taking first place in both the Roughedge Rumble at 152 and the Lady Knight Invitational at 145. Nine of her wins in November came via fall and just eight of them came in the first period. Her other three victories came in the form of forfeits.
She remains undefeated on the season as she entered the Christmas break 24-0 and added three more individual tournament championships.

Eamon Hipps led the Western Alamance Warriors to the 5A State Championship this year, and he was named the Most Valuable Player of the match as his team beat East Lincoln 1-0. Hipps recorded six saves in the game on the way to a clean sheet. The shutout was his 16th of the season.
Hipps allowed just 11 goals this season in 29 appearances and turned away 123 shots. He was all-conference, all-region, and all-state this year as well as the Mid-Carolina Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
