ORTHOCAROLINA Performance of the Month – December 2025

The OrthoCarolina Performance of the Month Awards for December in NCHSAA competition go to Dionte Neal from Reidsville and Oshauna Holland from Stuart Cramer.

Dionte Neal had a spectacular month on both the gridiron and the hardwood. In football, he helped lead Reidsville to a 4A state championship title and won the Morgan and Morgan MVP. He had a touchdown on the ground, 159 yards and two touchdowns receiving, as well as an interception and a fumble recovery on defense in the championship game.

In basketball, the UNC Greensboro signee has Reidsville off to an 8-1 start. He averaged 34 points per game on 68 percent shooting from the field, eight assists per game, and seven steals per game in the month of December.

Oshauna Holland has been lights out so far this season. In December, Holland averaged 33 points per game on 58 percent shooting from the field. She also had three double-doubles and one triple-double. Holland has helped Stuart W. Cramer get off to an impressive 13-1 start to the year.

Holland is quickly making her way up the NCHSAA All-time scoring list and is already inside the top-10 with plenty of opportunities left this season to continue to rise. Last season, she turned heads as she dropped 49 points in the state championship game at Wake Forest, where she has committed to play after graduation.

Congratulations, Dionte and Oshauna!
