ROSTERS ANNOUNCED BY N.C. COACHES ASSOCIATION FOR ALL-STAR GAMES
GREENSBORO —The North Carolina Coaches Association has announced the North Carolina rosters for a pair of all-star games in March.
The 15th annual Carolinas All-Star Basketball Classic games match some of the best senior players from North Carolina against their counterparts in South Carolina. The games are scheduled for March 23 starting at 6:30 p.m. at Socastee High School in Socastee, SC, just south of Myrtle Beach.
Three-point shooting and dunk contests are set for March 22 at 7 p.m. at Myrtle Beach High School.
The coaches for the North Carolina women’s team will be Sherri Tynes of Wilmington Laney and Eastern Alamance’s Tim Krotish. Leading the men’s squad will be Tony Marshburn of Northside High in Jacksonville and Frank Maennle of Swain County.
