North Carolina High School Athletic Association member schools are reminded of the requirement to update their school information in the NCHSAA data base.

     The school information includes principal and athletic director information, coaching personnel and email addresses.  Schools use their user name and passwords to access the data base.

     It is vitally important that each school update its information immediately– it is used to publish the NCHSAA Directory each year, with updated information, as well as using the email addresses in our electronic distribution of information. A couple of reminders have been sent to the schools about this important aspect.

     If your school has already updated the information, we appreciate that very much.  There are number of schools that have not, however, and the deadline was September 1, so to avoid a fine for the late submission of that information it should be as soon as possible.
