On this day in history in the NCHSAA, Stephanie Watts of Weddington recorded only the second quadruple-double documented in North Carolina High School High School Athletic Association women's basketball. Watts scored 20 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, handed out 12 assists and picked up 10 steals to lead her team to a 74-32 victory over Cox Mill.
