AS OF 2:25 PM ON MONDAY, AUGUST 20TH, THE NCHSAA HAS ONLY RECIEVED FIVE 8-QUARTER FOLLOW-UP FORMS FROM THE FOOTBALL GAMES PLAY ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 17TH. This form MUST be completed and include all the names of all freshman and sophomore designated and dressed as emergency players. Any portion of a quarter equals a quarter played. If a player dresses out but does not play, record as “0” quarters played.
THIS FORM MUST BE RECEIVED TO THE NCHSAA BY 4:00PM ON THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THE GAME. FAILURE TO SUBMIT APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK MAY RESULT IN A FINE/PENALTY.
