Wrestling Hydration & Weight Certification

NOTE: The 2-pound growth allowance goes into effect on January 19th, only after certification is complete.

*THE WEIGHT CERTIFICATION FORM IS APART OF THE 06-07 WORKBOOK WHICH EVERYONE DOWNLOADED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON. There is a tab at the bottom of the form that say weight certification. Click this tab and it will pull up the form, with all the wrestlers names already on there. There is only one column for the Usg (hydration) test, but wrestlers do get three trials. So, please put the Usg (hydration) test the wrestler passes in this cell.

During the week of January 15 a test of Usg must be passed prior to the official certification date on January 19. ALL WRESTLERS MUST CERTIFY THEIR WEIGHT ON THE SAME DAY and the principal or assistant principal must witness weight-ins. (see example below) NOTE: The 2-pound growth allowance goes into effect on January 19th, only after certification is complete.
