ATHLETES AND COACHES ARE INELIGIBLE TO RETURN TO GAME ACTION UNTIL THEY HAVE SERVED THEIR EJECTION PENALTY AND COMPLETED THE STAR SPORTSMANSHIP PROGRAM.
