Sheet is Due August 28, 2009. School that do not have this information submitted on time will be fined $50.00, no exceptions. This link is for the first page only the second page can be found at the link below.
Coaches' Bio/Second Page of School Information Sheet
This is the coaches' record sheet. This information is due September 25, 2009.
When editing your school information sheet please be aware of the following:
* All letters in username and password are lower case
* All usernames are to be typed as one word
* When edit your school's sheet, PLEASE PRESS THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO THE RIGHT OF EACH SECTION WHEN YOU COMPLETE THAT SECTION, else the system will time you out and you will have to re-enter all the information.
* The second page of the school information sheet is available online and it is due until Sept. 26, 2008
