NCHSAA Partnerships

NCHSAA CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
The North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) is a
501©(3) nonprofit organization. As such, we do not receive State funding directly but must rely instead on a percentage of gate receipts from select championship events, membership dues, grants, and corporate support.

Since the late 1970's, the NCHSAA has enjoyed a solid corporate sponsorship program that continues to grow annually. Through the years, as NCHSAA programs and services have expanded tomeet the growing needs of our membership (currently comprised of 375 North Carolina high schools), the Association has sought corporate funding to underwrite these programs/services. Our corporate sponsored events range from presenting sponsorships of various championships to scholarships to special recognition awards for student-athletes to the official provider of certain products (i.e. isotonic beverage, sports lighting, sports medicine provider, and game balls), etc.

Various annual levels of corporate sponsorship exist ranging from a minimum of $1,000 through $100,000-plus partnerships.

In addition to these levels, we also feature Host City Sponsor packages that target companies, sports commissions, chambers of commerce, and convention & visitors bureaus located in specific communities hosting the various events. We currently are proud to work with over twenty-six (26) sponsors across all sponsorship levels.

Benefits of becoming a corporate sponsor of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association are numerous. A sponsorship provides a sponsor with access to a varied cross-section of North Carolina's population including high school student-athletes, their peers, and friends ages 14-18); parents and other family members (ages 1-100) from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Furthermore, a sponsorship can enhance a company's/organization's community relations efforts by stimulating statewide community feeling that the company
embraces and recognizes the importance of high school athletics as an integral component in the overall development of our best resource…our youth! Also, the potential exists to increase and maximize brand awareness of a company's products and/or services.
