BB&T NCHSAA Football Championships
Each year, North Carolina students work hard to learn and grow both in the classroom and on the athletic field. Through sports, students learn important lessons such as teamwork and goal setting. They experience winning as well as the agony of defeat and learn how to handle both. Athletics help prepare them for life off the field. The NCHSAA and BB&T believe that these valuable experiences should be available to all regardless of economic situation.
That’s why BB&T has teamed up with the NCHSAA to support the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Endowment Fund. This fund was established to insure that teams and athletes are able to participate in post-season playoff experience without requiring players to pay for that privilege. We believe they earn this privilege with their hard work and accomplishments throughout the season on and off the field of play.
BB&T is very proud to join with the NCHSAA in providing financial support for the Endowment Fund and, through that commitment, to become the title sponsor of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association State Football Championships.
