Regional entry and weigh-in summary forms are apart of the 06-07 Workbook. This cannot be downloaded off the website, it is the workbook that was emailed with the hydration, minimum weight, and weight certification information throughout the season. This needs to be emailed to the regional director and wrestling@nchsaa.org by 4:00 PM to avoid the $100 late fee.
