Information Not Specific to a Sport

Thanks to the work of some individuals at the Charlotte Community Health Clinic, the North Carolina High School Athletic Association has added a Spanish translation version of the sports pre-participation physical form.

Millie Espinal and Jill Lipson at the clinic translated the approved version into Spanish to serve the increasing number of Spanish speaking athletes and parents who are served by the clinic. They then shared it with the NCHSAA, which is gratefully acknowledged.

We appreciate Millie and Jill for providing this special service that will certainly benefit student-athletes and their families.
