On this day in history in the NCHSAA, Myron Miller of Statesville became the second player in NCHSAA history to record four returns for touchdown in a single game en route to a 58-0 shutout of Bunker Hill. Miller returned two punts, an interception and a fumble recovery for scores. His performance tied a previous mark set by Whiteville’s Roosevelt Colson (1984).
