CHAPEL HILL HIGH NAMES NEW TENNIS COACH
CHAPEL HILL-- Chapel
Hill High School has hired Neil Alderman as its new men's and women's tennis
head coach, according to the Chapel Hill Newspaper.
Chapel Hill athletic
director Tod Morgan made the announcement. Alderman will replace veteran head
coach Nick Walker.
Alderman won a North
Carolina High School Athletic Association state tennis championship at Chapel
Hill in 1979 before lettering in tennis at the University of North Carolina. He
went on to play on pro tours in both Europe and Canada.
"Neil brings a wealth of
tennis experience and knowledge to our program, and we are very excited to
welcome him to the Chapel Hill Tigers athletics family," Morgan said.
