The Board of Directors also approved a required minimum fee for the for the rights to broadcast via a live internet video stream any NCHSAA Contest. The host school is required to collect at least the minimum fee for the contest during the regular season as required by the NCHSAA Handbook, however, they may ask for higher than the minimum amount and are not obligated to accept or approve requests for video broadcasts during the regular season.
