CHAPEL HILL—A total of 16 outstanding young lawyers, including the general counsel for the North Carolina High School Athletic Association, have been recognized by the North Carolina Bar Association.
Whitney Frye of the NCHSAA is one of the 16 selected for the NCBA Leadership Academy's Class of 2015. She is a resident of Greensboro and is in her first year working for the NCHSAA.
Other honorees include Lauren Arnette and Charles Cushman of New Bern, Jennifer Blue, Julie Cronin and Jesse Jones of Raleigh, Kris Cook of Ahoskie, Corinne Jones and Bryan Starrett of Greensboro, Jeff Goss of Sylva, Brooks Jaffa of Charlotte, Dionne Jenkins of Winston-Salem, Leslie Lasher of Wake Forest, Justin Lockamy of Clinton, Lauren Page of Wilmington and Zeb Smathers of Canton.
