Follow up Story on T.C. Roberson Runner Who Broke Leg, Finished Race

We ran a story on the NCHSAA web site recently, reported to us by the folks at T.C. Roberson High School after it appeared in the Asheville Citizen-Times, about Connor Callihan, a cross country runner whose leg snapped five feet from the finish line in a race and then he crawled across the finish line, noting that "he had to do it for his team."

Media from across the country have highlighted the story; below is a link to a CNN story that includes a lot of footage from WLOS-TV in Asheville that continues to show some of the aftermath after Connor's surgery.
