Cape Fear Names New Head Football Coach

CAPE FEAR NAMES 
NEW HEAD FOOTBALL COACH
FAYETTEVILLE — Bryan Till has been named the new head football coach at Cape Fear High School, according to The Fayetteville Observer. The announcement was made Thursday by Lee Spruill, the principal at Cape Fear.
Till goes to Cape Fear after serving as an assistant coach at Terry Sanford. 
The 32-year-old will replace Bobby Bennett, who is leaving Cape Fear to return to Florida and a coaching position there.Till’s hiring is still subject to approval of the Cumberland County Board of Education.
Spruill and Till worked together previously when Spruill was athletic director at Terry Sanford.
Till is a graduate of the University of Georgia and joined the staff at Terry Sanford under head coach Wayne Inman three and a half years ago, focusing on strength and conditioning. 
He served as the offensive coordinator there for the past two seasons and also was as the school’s interim baseball coach last year.
